How does a teen period swimsuit work?

Contrary to popular belief, swimming on your period without a tampon is now possible and completely hygienic. Our swimsuits use an innovative multi-layer technology:

  • An ultra-thin absorbent zone that captures flow immediately.
  • A waterproof membrane that prevents blood from leaking out and stops chlorinated or salt water from getting in. The result: the swimsuit doesn’t swell up in water, stays light and guarantees total discretion, whether it’s for school swimming lessons or holidays with friends.

Comfort and security for a first period

We know that a first period can be stressful, especially when it comes to sports. That’s why we’ve designed specific cuts for the body shape of young girls, offering perfect support. Our technical fabrics are tested to withstand chlorine and salt while being gentle on teens’ delicate skin.

FAQ Teen Menstrual Swimsuits

Can it be used for all flow types?

It’s ideal for light to medium flows (spotting, beginning or end of your cycle). On days with very heavy flow, it can be used as extra security together with a menstrual cup.

Is it obvious that it’s a period swimsuit?

Not at all. The design is identical to a regular swimsuit. The protective area is so thin that it remains invisible, even when wet.

How do I care for my period swimsuit?

Rinse it in clear water after each swim. For washing, choose a 30°C machine cycle and avoid the tumble dryer to protect the waterproof membrane.
