It's very simple: rinse it well with cold water as soon as you take it off to remove the accumulated flow in the absorbent membrane, machine wash at 30°C on a short cycle with a gentle detergent along with your other dirty clothes, then let it air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents, as well as ironing and tumble drying, which would damage and reduce the effectiveness of the absorbent membrane.

To best manage a very heavy flow and significant discharge (due to a copper IUD or postpartum, for example), we recommend ordering the Jade, Mathilde, Liv, or Clara models. The Liv and Gaby models, without a doubt! All our panties are very discreet, even though they have high absorbency. However, Liv and Gaby are truly special: they’re seamless panties that are completely invisible under clothing. The Gaby panty feels like a second skin and is a black medium-flow period panty, while the Liv panty is a plus-size, seamless option for very heavy flow.

Of course. Depending on your preferences, you can, for example, wear a menstrual cup during the day and then slip on a pair of period underwear at night. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return panties that are too big or too small. The panties must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend returning your item with a tracking number.
