Yes, you can return a pair of underwear that doesn’t fit within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note: the underwear must not have been worn, used, or washed. It must be in perfect (new) condition in its original packaging, preferably undamaged and untorn. 

Menstrual cups cannot be returned. They are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Exchanging a product does not incur any additional fees. However, returning or sending back the first order that doesn’t suit you is at your own expense. Go to the post office to weigh your parcel and get it labeled.
